Developer Description
This report is the basis for the Discharge Efficiency component on the Daily Census Dashboard. It displays information for patients discharged within the past month by Unit. It includes both patient-level detail about each discharge and a summary tab that displays the percentage of patients who had a discharge order written by 10am, had their AVS printed by 12pm, and were actually discharged from the bed by 1pm.

System Description
